Recently, I've become interested in mixed media furniture and this was the first piece I made as a proof of concept. The
copper was flamed with a torch to add color while the walnut was from a live edge slab to provide an organic shape.
By having the two live edges meet in the middle, the copper was able to fill a very organically shaped void and just seems
to flow throughout the top. This particular table has been sold, but I'm currently looking for new slabs to build a few more
of these designs.
This particular table was 31" tall, 12" wide and 48" long. It was intended to be a hall table in the entry
way of my home, but someone saw it and just had to buy it. If you would like to get information regarding your own design,
